On behalf of SPLIT, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 31st Annual Meeting of the Society of Pediatric Liver Transplantation, taking place May 6–7, 2027, at The Drake Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. We are especially grateful to our local host, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, for partnering with us to bring this year's meeting to life.

This meeting is an opportunity for our community to come together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen the collaborations that continue to advance pediatric liver transplantation. Whether you are presenting new research, reconnecting with colleagues, or attending your first SPLIT meeting, we hope you will find the program engaging, thought-provoking, and relevant to your practice.

This year's program has been thoughtfully developed to highlight the latest scientific and clinical advances, encourage meaningful discussion, and provide opportunities to learn from experts across the field. We are also pleased to once again partner with the International Pediatric Transplant Association (IPTA) for a collaborative session that reflects our shared commitment to improving outcomes for children worldwide.
